2014 Mustang GT Microsoft Sync Update


The Bluetooth functionality on my 2014 Mustang GT has been non-existent for the better part of three years. Now, this is a base model car that I bought over 7 years ago so it isn’t exactly a technological marvel but not having Bluetooth eventually got old. My first attempt at upgrading the Microsoft Sync software a couple of months ago was unsuccessful. Last month, a Ford dealer quoted me $110 to upgrade the software, which sounded a little steep. I decided to get a different thumb drive and try the update myself again. This time I did my best to read the instructions.
