We are quickly approaching one year since my wife and I purchased our 2021 Subaru Forester. Naturally, I needed to get some thoughts on camera for a review video on the Taco Potato Mustang YouTube channel. Our Forester, a Touring trim in Jasper Green Metallic, has served us pretty well over the past 11ish months and 16k miles. Our time frame for purchasing the vehicle ended up being pretty smart (and very lucky) in retrospect, given the state of the automotive market the last 8 months or so.
